Shipping policy

All orders are sent out the next working day via 2-3 working day shipping method for the UK.

Rest of the world orders shipping times will be displayed at the checkout.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes (EU and International Orders)

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, including all European Union countries, may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by the destination country’s authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

The customer is responsible for paying any such charges. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue items to avoid customs fees. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
